Everything. Massimo welcomed us with great kindness and friendliness: he was very punctual and available for check in. The room was super spacious and very clean; we have a 1 year old baby who was able to crawl everywhere and had a lot of fun in the room, as if he were at home: the bed is king size, very comfortable. The kitchenette proved to be functional and well-stocked, as well as useful for a family with small children. There was a table with comfortable chairs for meals and a "makeup" corner with a small table with a mirror and a chair. The bathroom is adjacent to the room, very clean and spacious. Below the apartment, which is located in an elegant building with a lift, there is a bar with very good pastries for an excellent breakfast. In a few steps (less than 100 meters) you can access the pedestrian area of the historic center (Piazza Arringo). Everything perfect. Thank you Massimo and congratulations for the hospitality.
